Thank you for shopping with Sokher Device Care. We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not completely happy with your product for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or exchange.
Please read the following terms carefully to understand our return process.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within three (3) days of the purchase date.
Returned items must be in new, unused condition, with all original packaging, accessories, tags, and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return, please email our customer service team at support@sokherdevicecare.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Once you receive your RMA number, securely pack the item in its original packaging, include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
We highly recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
REFUNDS
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange.
Please allow up to three (3) business days from the date we receive your item to complete the process.
You will receive an email notification once your return has been approved and processed.
EXCEPTIONS
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at the details below so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
